
My Short Sale Guarantee
When I complete your short sale or even if I am unable to successfully negotiate your short sale after 12
months; I will negotiate with your lender to request your $1,500 in
moving expenses "Cash for Keys" as allowed by the US Treasury Department.
Per U.S. Treasury Guidelines.
Requirements:
1. All Home owners must fully cooperate during the short sale
process. You must allow showings of your home to buyers and provide paperwork
requested by me or your lender in a timely fashion.

2. Do not move out of your short sale property as long as it's
safe to live in. If you feel you must move out please contact me before making any
plans. Many owners have lived in their property without making payments for 18 months
or more. If your short sale fails I am more likely to get you $1,500 moving expenses
if you still occupy the home. Get started
3. Do not damage the property or let the property come into
disrepair. Damage from water leaks, over grown lawns, removal of appliances, etc...
all hinder the sort sale process. If you have damage you cannot repair please notify
me immediately so I can negotiate with the lender. Get started
What's in it for you?

normally remain for 10 years.
- It's a bad situation if you can't make your payment but lets make it
into something good; you could remain in the home without making a payment for many
months. I've seen over 18 months in many cases, and average would be 9-12 months.
